Another update - it looks like the shipping rates are working again after I made a few tweaks. If you find that they are not, please let me know!
Also, the site used to give a lot of false error messages during checkout where the order was 100% fine but a lovely red box would pop up and say that it wasn't. I believe that this has stopped happening, but please let me know if it still occurs!
