Long story short - I upgraded the website because USPS said I had to, which made my shipping break. So then USPS said I had to create a new account to get the new shipping rates. So I did that and on the final step it said 'Unable to process this request.'
I had a useless chat with a chatbot, a failed chat with a human (it said unable to process this request, lol) and now I sent an email to USPS which could take up to three days to get a response. So yeah - not a good day! And oh yeah, USPS also just lost a package today en route to one of my customers. Fabulous.
I am doing what I can. Please feel free to browse and add stuff to your cart. Hopefully the shipping rates will be sorted out sooner rather than later. :(
