Another tie!

Five years ago I conducted a poll to see if I should focus on monsters or PC parts. It ended in a tie.

Five years later I conducted another poll to see how things have changed. They haven't.

My last poll ended up almost exactly 50/50 like last time, so I will just continue to try to balance my time between both monsters and PC parts. We'll see what happens!

Oh and I say this as someone who's more "Lego enthusiast" than a tabletop player, as the few times I actually get a chance to tabletop rp is typically across the interwebs and thus there is no real way to use miniatures or Legos for such. Instead I'm just crafting my own little personal world and narratives within it for my own enjoyment ????

Yet you're still the first place I check when trying to find something I want... And part of that is that I love what you're doing, and I love that you're keeping this a labor of love enough to not just see everything as a financial transaction and nothing more.
I think your business model makes both too important not to divide it evenly. You're specifically catering to people who want to use Legos in place of miniatures for d&d campaigns (although could be valid for most medieval fantasy tabletop RPGs), and a good visual set up... Relies on both being similar enough in quality to prevent any jarring feelings that disengage the players, and help inspire the game master/dungeon master. I think the fact you're actually putting good effort into both is at least a good chunk of why you're still functional as a business, considering how easy it is to just go through eBay sellers or the bits sites that most Lego enthusiasts use. You're actually trying to find Minifigure parts that work for this vision, and putting together monsters/creatures or finding pre-made things that work as such, and putting them up onto your site as such so that people make the association with your vision of whatever it is you've created, curated, etc., and this is the effort that sets you apart from other bits and pieces sellers. This isn't just a business for you and isn't just a way to make money, you're actually putting your heart into it and keeping it enough of a genuine passion project to keep your regulars interested.
