By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

This website sells pre-owned LEGO® Bricks. Many of these bricks are in 'new' condition, and many of them are not. While we will not sell bricks that are heavily damaged, it is entirely possible that your purchase may have minor cosmetic flaws, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, and missing paint. By checking this box and completing a purchase on this site you are acknowledging that your bricks are not new, and their condition may reflect that.

While we strive to fulfill all orders within 24 hours, there may be occasions where we take up to 72 hours to fulfill your order.

Backordered Items in Purchases

This website sells some items after they are out of stock, in which case they are shown as 'Backordered'. All items on backorder will be 2-4 weeks for fulfillment. The entire order will be held until all backordered items are in. If the item in question can not fulfilled in that time period, the buyer will have the option of having all or part of their order refunded, or simply waiting further until the parts can be obtained.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
