We used to use these heads for Mind Flayers, but the arcane symbols and the sunken eyes lend themselves much better for the Alhoon/Lich. This is all LEGO with a hand swap and the addition of Wizard Sleeves from Brick Warriors.
Sadly, Brick Warriors has been out of sleeves in forever, so we had to design an Alhoon with regular arms.
